Terms of Service

Last Updated: April 2026

1 1. Scope of Methodology

By utilizing the Probico platform, you engage with a Competency-Based Assessment (CBA) framework. These terms govern the delivery of diagnostic tools designed to measure behavioral indicators, professional proficiency, and soft-skill clusters.

2 2. Assessment Integrity & Evidence

Participants are required to provide Evidence-Based Responses. The accuracy of the resulting 'Competence Profile' is dependent on the sincerity of the user. Probico reserves the right to invalidate results if automated 'Social Desirability' filters detect inconsistent response patterns.

3 3. Proficiency Levels & Reporting

The 'Probico-Check' results categorize competencies into standardized Proficiency Levels (e.g., Novice to Expert). These reports are intended for personal development and strategic workforce planning and do not constitute a legal certification of professional licensure.

4 4. Intellectual Property of Frameworks

The proprietary Competency Dictionary, behavioral anchors, and scoring algorithms utilized on this platform remain the exclusive intellectual property of exprobico. Users may not reverse-engineer the diagnostic logic or reproduce the framework for external use.

5 5. Data Utilization for Benchmarking

Anonymized assessment data may be used for Normative Benchmarking and statistical validation of the framework. This process is strictly decoupled from personal identifiable information (PII) to ensure academic and professional anonymity.

6 6. Limitation of Liability

While our methodology is built on validated psychometric principles, exprobico is not liable for hiring or promotion decisions made by third-party organizations based on the provided Competence Reports.
